FOR LICENSED PRIVATE AGENCY STAFF

Listing Your Vacancy:
Once you are logged on to your Control Panel click the "Add Vacancy" button to begin the listing process. On the instruction page click "Create Vacancy". A new window takes you to this system's account at PayPal.  Click the link (indicated by this red arrow) to enter your card information (unless you already have an account, in which case simply login). Here's what the login page looks like:


 
  Upon acceptance of your card info you will be returned to our site to enter your vacancy information.

If you prefer not to use PayPal you can click the "Fax Vacancy" button to complete your card details and send to our secure fax.

Managing your Vacancy Subscription:
Once your vacancy is listed your card will be billed again in the amount of ten dollars each month that it is active. If you cancel ("disable") the vacancy within a month you will not be billed again for that vacancy. Thus if you list on the 15th of the month and cancel on the 14th of the following month only the original ten dollars is incurred. However if you want to keep the vacancy active your card will be charged again on the 15th of each month thereafter. Cancellation of a vacancy is easy to do from your Control Panel once you are logged on.

The system will retain all your vacancy information, even if the placement has been made and you have cancelled (disabled) the vacancy. Then if you need to re-open (enable) it you do not have to enter the same information again!
